Shipping
We strive to ship your order within one business day. On rare occasions there may be a delay and we will email or call you with the issue and options available. The last thing we want to do is create an unpleasant experience in our store, so rest assured we will do our best to make your purchase a good one.
Canadian Customers
We ship with Canada Post for domestic orders and send you a tracking number when your order has shipped. We are based in Canada and no border duties or brokerage fees are incurred, which you may be charged for when ordering items from the United States.
United States Customers
We use UPS Ground to ship orders to our American customers and send you a tracking number when your order has shipped. There are no duties or additional costs incurred at the border when order
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item that is unused, brand new condition. Details of the reason to return must be provided to receive a return authorization number.
Warranty
- All MotoPak products are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase against defects in the construction of the item (i.e.-seams, snaps, zippers etc). Simply contact us for a return authorization number to return the defective item to us for repair or exchange.
- All other products carry warranty by their respective manufacturers terms and conditions through our suppliers. Please contact us for warranty repair and/or replacement procedures.
